Earth Rocks!
a Webelos and Arrow of Light Elective Adventure

Come join Troop 179 for two meetings, Tuesdays, November 28 & December 5, 2023. You will participate with Scouts & Venturers from 179 participating in their Opening Flag Ceremony. Following that during our Webelos/Arrow of Light program breakout you will work with Scouts, Venturers and Adult Leaders to earn the Earth Rocks! Adventure. You will need to attend both nights to complete the requirements. Use us for your Den Meetings on these weeks, each Den will have time afterwards to discuss and take care of any Den/Pack Business. Please hit the registration Button and let us know who is coming so we have enough materials for everyone.

“Through this adventure, Webelos Scouts will see the relevancy of earth science and how it impacts their daily lives.  They will begin to understand the use of rocks and minerals in everyday items.  Their investigations will give them an understanding of geological events and they will have the opportunity to learn about geological features in their own state,” according to the Webelos Den Leader guide.
