BOOT CAMP

SATURDAY, APRIL 5, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

At Boot Camp our New Scouts will be learning many Scout Camping Skills covering many Tenderfoot and Second Class Requirements. We will learn all about the Voyager two person tents we will use out at camp as well as all of our Patrol Equipment, We will learn some more knots, more about safe knife handling and how to build fires! We will begin to learn about Land Navigation using Maps and Compass. And, we will cook our own lunch.

This activity is for all of our newest Scout and you should be planning on going. In fact if choosing between Boot Camp and the Wright-Patterson AFB Camp, we believe that Boot Camp should take precedence. All Troop Paul Bunyan members will be there as well helping with the instruction.
